dark spots on the sole where there is almost a hole developing.

but for $50, the uppers are nice, and a resole by lobb for $500 is not bad; although new lobbs show up here for $500, so it's a toss up.

$50 is a nice price though, despite the near hole in the sole

THIS is why I like to buy & sell on SF! The vet posters keep things clear & honest. No "thread shitting", but DEFINITELY some good remarks about quality, condition & price! Hell, I'd go a full $100 for these...

PS: did i just use one of those emoticons? I must be turning into a 'net geek myself now.

PPS: After a re-soling, these will make someone a great pair of shoes... depending on price.

Couldn't someone just put a topper on the sole for 30$? I realize not everyone likes doing this, just saying it might be a cheaper alternative to 500$ resole.
