Just came across these and seem drawn to them. What do you guys think about them and more importantly what would they look good with ?

they're rad and they look good with everything...they look better in white though.

I don't like the ridges on the front and the pimples on the side.

I agree, they are awesome, especially with jeans, etc.

John Lennon wore a pair of White Springcourts on the cover of Abbey Road.

I have a pair of the olive G2s, and while they look good with slim jeans with a slim leg opening (they look good with APC New Standards, for example, and my SC007s), they are not nearly as versatile as Chucks or Jack Purcells, for example. Their extremely low profile makes them really look out of proportion except with the narrowest leg openings, imo.

The bumps on the side looks funky but other than that they look sweet.

They are wider than Jack Purcells, for instance. This could create the appearance of being low profile. I own pairs of both and I don't think my Purcells are any taller than my Spring Courts.

i've noticed that chucks/purcells make people look like they are wearing clown shoes... you know, really long, curl up in the front.. whereas springcourts don't do that.

What the hell happened to the distribution of Spring Courts in the States? I'm trying to replace my white G2s and can't find them stocked anywhere.

its a fucken mess.
yea, jcrew stocked them a few months ago and i found one (!) pair at a brick and mortar store in white that i took :/

Found a bunch discounted down to $19 at a J.Crew in NJ about a month or two ago.
Don't know if they're still stocked, but it was the Willowbrook Mall for all y'all hardcore Spring Courtians.

Love me some Spring Courts. As folks have been saying, though, they have been bizarrely scarce for a year or so.

agreed -also don't like the lip over the top of the toe. But not a deal breaker for me. Have 2 pairs I picked up dirt cheap and use for beaters. Most comfortable trainers I've owned.
