I know that chlomid is kosher, but isn't formestane supposed to fuck with your estrogen levels pretty hard?

How does your body handle a full body workout six days a week naturally?

Cliche time: Abs are made in the kitchen. Still working them 5x/week using varying exercises will help.

Do you do squats every day? Why would you work your abs every day? You are wasting your time working them every day.

Well, the argument is that abs have a faster recovery time than other muscles, hence the opportunity (ugh) to do them daily. I don't know if that's actually the case, hence the reason I started the thread.

As is already stated, diet will do more to show off your abs then exercise. You should not work out abs more frequently than other muscle groups. They need time to recover like everything else. Eat clean, avoid carbs after 3:00. And work out weights 3 days a week, card 3 days a week and your abs will pop.

What is the most effective exercise for building abs? The only equipment I have is a pullup bar and I don't want to get anything else at the moment. I was going to do situps/crunches, but I'm reading that those are bad for your lower back. Can anyone comment on this?

All I know is that crunches are boring. Hanging leg lifts/tick tocks are better.

Thanks for your post though. It was great. I really enjoyed it.

Hmm- during then- I would look to greenwich mean time for the proper protocol.

Listen- you want abs to pop- cut down on carbs. Dont eliminate them but cut them down. Eat your carbs early, let your body burn em off and stick to lean protein in the evening and late afternoon.

You dont agree? by all means post your own solution. But I sure you there is a six pack under that shirt of yours.

Squats w/ belt, pullups, and overhead lifts have been all Ive ever needed to build some pretty strong abs.

Im sure ab-wheel, weighted situps and leg-raises would all be good, but I just can't be assed to do them.

The p90x workout that you see advertised quite frequently has a great ab workout called Ab ripper x. Its basically 25 reps of 12 different exercises focusing on upper and lower abs.

You do exercises like in and outs, scissors and torso twists. Its not a long workout- about 12 minutes or so but its brutal.

I still cant get through the whole thing without resting but Im getting there. Bottom line its a good combo of upper and lower exercises.

Now you can build all those abs you want but they arent gonna show unless you lower your body fat %. As you get around 15% or so, the abs should start showing. 10%- you are seriously sporting the six pack.

Obviously there are tons of other exercises you can do but I found this to be a nice tight compact video that you can do without straining your lower back too much.

you can actually eat carbs until about 3:45pm GMT, but remember - they have to be clean carbs. The best way to ensure your carbs are clean is to bathe with them. This method is also good for cleaning your fats.
