Frequency of Abs Exercises

I keep reading conflicting accounts - 1) every other day, since they need the same rest cycle as other muscles, or 2) every day, because they're special muscles with an extremely fast recovery time.

I hate doing Abs, but I've lost enough blubber around my stomach that the possibility exists of some definition. Of course it's all for the chicks, and I can't wait to be that guy who, even when it's 50 degrees outside takes off his T Shirt and shoves a corner of it into his back jeans pocket, letting the rest dangle.

So daily or every other day?

I met a male fitness model who posed for things like the cover of Men's Fitness magazine. He worked out his abs 45 minutes a day every day. And, yes, he was that guy with his T shirt off and tucked into his back pocket.

The ability to see your abdominal muscles has more to do with your body composition than your abdominal muscle strength. If you've got fat around your midsection you'll never see your 6-pack.

daily is fine, and get your body fat percentage down for the visible six pack.

I'm sure genetics has a lot to do with it, but I haven't done a sit up in years and my abs are hard as a rock. Your abs get a lot of work when you chin-up, bench, squat, deadlift, not to mention walk, stand or sit.

Is androgel the stuff that the doctors give out? A guy I knew through work ended up with gyno after getting a topical cream for TRT pretty quickly.

I know that chlomid is kosher, but isn't formestane supposed to fuck with your estrogen levels pretty hard?

How does your body handle a full body workout six days a week naturally?
