It seems MEN'S EX made it way to Zinio, starting from May-2011 issue:

I have about a dozen issues of MensEX and most of them I'll never read again so let me know what you're looking for, price, details, etc.

All are in great condition, but i've never sold or considered selling mags before so don't exactly know how to move forward.

The price of the digital version is at least half the cost of what it sells for at Kinokuniya, though.
