Constant hunger is a sign of hypoglycemia and you may have stomach issues whereby years of the wrong food combination have played havoc with your gut

Take L-Glutamine in water upon waking and you wont feel hungry constantly

Despite eating more I've stabilized my weight. I'm at 142 after doing some more muscle-building exercises instead of pure running (hurt my foot).

I'm drinking more water which seems to have controlled my hunger, but sometimes I have a "hungry" day and don't freak out about it because the next day I'll eat about 2200 calories (not much for me).

Good job Grotius. Your metabolism seems fast, you must be pretty young/active. I'm 29 now and I noticed my metabolism has slowed down in the last year or so. I'm more prone to put on a little extra weight in the midsection when I gain weight now.

Not young, I'm 31. I lead an active lifestyle though, so I'm walking a lot, playing music, etc. so sedentary for me doesn't really happen except on Sundays. smile.gif

29 is when I felt a major change, though. I noticed my metabolism wasn't quite peak at 28, but 29 is when those Wawa shorties started going right to my gut and by age 30 I was 177 pounds and decided to lose a few to fit into some diors.
