Patagonia Nano Puff

Does anyone own the Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket or Pull Over? Any opinions? I was looking for a spring/fall stand alone jacket to replace my casual fleece. I'd like to use this as an outerwear item but then be able to layer beneath my winter coats.

I'm having a hard time deciding on the color choices...would need something to work in spring and fall. I thought the clementine would fit the bill, but it's way too bright...and I suspect the green would be the same. What do you think about the grey....too dark for spring?

I would never buy one again. The material has the strength of Kleenex and the quilting on the jacket isn't anchored to the lining - only the insulation - so the threads are loose and come out easily. I have worn patagonia for decades, but this piece needs to go back to the drawing board as a jacket. The outer material needs to be more durable and the quilting needs to be re-thought. As an insulation layer, it would work, but if you want to wear it as a daily jacket, either wait for improvements or go with the down sweater, which has a more durable outer layer. Mine is six months old, does not get abused (only casual wear), and looks like shit with stitching coming out, two big snags, and a hole. It's still functional as an insulating layer, but this piece definitely needs improvement...especially at 180 bux. FWIW - I have the grey and find it an acceptable color for year round use.

ive worn mine on several backpack trips, snowboarding, and hiking missions and have been quite happy with it. Its not the best for a outer in terms of durability, but ive had no issues. one of my favorite pickups from patagucci. Super light and warm for what it is.
