This. He doesn't even look that eccentric. I don't think that his style is that special, except for his ability to choose accent pieces. If you go to Paris during Fashion week, or even to the much more quotidien market weeks in Barcelona, Pitti Uomo, or NYC, you'll see guys dressed a lot more outlandishly.
The thing is, where you are around fashion all of the time, you tend to get bored easily, and you either fall into wearing a uniform, and seeing the novelty in fashion as more of an intellectual pursuit (Ralph Lauren, Hedi Slimane, Giorgio Armani, all fall into this category,) or you are constantly changing up your look, constantly looking for something that you are not jaded about. I think that Nick belongs in that latter camp. Personally, I like the camo suit picture. I think that that's from Trussardi 1911, which is sort of like a bizarro world Brunello Cucinelli. They both bill themselves as "jetsetter" brands - just a matter of whether you want to pretend you are an Italian Count or a Miami Druglord.
