Woundering what other people are eating when they bulk. I've been eating tonnes of lamb recently with olive oil, butter and greek yoghurt. Kind of like a gyro, but without the bread. That and of course lots of whole milk and eggs.

You're probably going to need to focus more on the starchy carbs for full-on bulking. The usual: oats, pastas, whole grains, rice, potato (including sweet) etc...

Mexican food with plenty of cream and guac.

I like grinding oats up in a coffee grinder and mixing that in with a protein shake. It's a great meal replacement and you get lots of complex carbs. I also like taking shots of flax oil and olive oil. The olive oil has lots of monounsaturated fats and the flax has the polyunsaturated fats.

Sweet potatoes are always good. Lately I've been snacking on whole wheat bread and hardboiled eggs. Sounds kind of gross but I like eating the bread completely plain.

I'm going to be running a test boosting stack pretty soon so I plan on doing heavy carbs and fats.

there is no inherent difference between 'bulking' foods and 'cutting' foods. you can eat chicken and brocolli when youre bulking, and chocolate cake when youre cutting. you just eat more when you want to bulk.

Yea but that's not the point really. Eating a lot of food when your trying to bulk can be difficult and time consuming. When people ask about bulking foods I generally assume they are looking for recommendations on stuff that is nutritious and easy to eat a lot of.

For some people maybe. It's not nutritious though and it doesn't have the complex carbs, protein, or healthy fats you need to have a good body composition.

I suppose. There was this one diet that was getting a lot of attention. Basically you took a lot of steroids and ate fast food all day. Gets you pretty huge quick. I think you may be on to this chocolate cake thing as part of this steroid/junk food bulk.
