Well, I guess "to own a monkey" is as good a goal as any, but if he "trusts his animals" so much why does he have to tie his monkeys to the dog saddles? I bet if his monkeys could scream for help in English he would have to gag the too.
What He's Got Going for Him: 1) If he's got enough room to own 3 different species of animals and customized dog harnesses he's better off than many. Maybe he's got a ranch. He's definitely not an apartment dweller. 2) Despite his animal "thing", he's got a woman, sitting in a truck. Indicators of wealth, affluence and charm. 3) He's comfortable talking in front of audiences - he performs over 150 days a year and there's not a quiver to his voice. 4) He's happy, and deluded, but happy. 5) He visualized his goals and stuck with them. 6) Ridicule all you want, but look at the smiles on that audience after the show. And you have to have to hand to someone who makes "pen" a two syllable word. Finally his jeans fit so well that any SFer should be envious.
