Thanks ...

2 yards should do the trick on 60" wide fabric if fabric is narrow 36" or 45" there will be a bit of an upcharge.
I can not take responsibility for damaged fabric or if the garment is damaged in production as I can not source additional fabric.

2 shirt minimum.

i have also reduced the price of many of my in-stock fabrics to $125 (no basic whites, blue,or classic patterns) but. lots of great fabrics in interesting patterns and colors. linens as well as sport shirts.

The sale will be held in the Flatiron District on Friday April 29 and Saturday April 30 only. (Full details below). If you went to the Panta trunk show last month, you will recognize the space - it's the same. For those of you who are new to the game, designer Alan Flusser is widely recognized authority on luxurious yet durable style for men. His books on men's style, starting with 1981's "Making the Man" have been an influence on countless readers including myself. His film work includes styling Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko in the first WALL STREET. His original inspiration is Savile Row style soft tailoring circa 1940, adapted to contemporary lives and tastes. Note that this sale has no business connection to Mr. Flusser who since late 2010 is the proprietor of his own shop.
Just wondering ... how you came to have the merchandise from the Alan Flusser Custom Shop and what's become of the shop? Are you saying that Flusser has opened a new store? Thanks.

Thanks.

I acquired the merchandise from the previous management of the shop, whose relationship with Flusser ended late last year. Flusser is now the proprietor of his own shop.

For those of you wishing to enter the world of bespoke coats & suits, tailor Mr. Ned is just six blocks down Fifth Avenue. They don't like to divulge their client list, but their work for filmmaker Wes Anderson (all those corduroy suits) is widely known. If you bring in fabric from my sale, you can get a coat made for only $600, or a suit for $800. A standard size man (40-42R) will need about 2 yards of fabric for a coat, 3.5 for a two-piece suit. Remember, coating/suiting fabrics start at $50/yard. This, by the way, is what the fabric looks like. Tasty, yes?

Hi - please stop publicizing this sale. I do not want more competition than I already know I am going to have.
