I need to loose weight has anyone any excercise or diet tips?

I''m five foot and weigh 131 pounds. I've never been overweight before and it's really getting me down. Has anyone and diet or excercise tips to get started that can be down outside or inside and not in the gym.

Get a shake weight. Also drink cold water - your body will become a furnace for all those extra triglycerides.

Although cold water will burn a minimal amount of calories, drinking a gallon of cold water would not be enough to result in any substantial weight loss. A gallon of water a day could have numerous other health benefits though.

Fatty body is curse for our human body. If we avoid oily & Jung then our body being perfect, Proper diet is also helps us to control our weight. Mainly running is perfect solution for weight loose. Try to eat green vegetables & fruits place of oily and junk foods, it will always keep you health.i hope from you get some help.
