short-sleeve chambray shirt for spring/summer?

I have a good quality chambray shirt with a great fit overall but with sleeves that are on the short side. I ended up not wearing during winter time because of that. I was thinking of converting it to a short-sleeve shirt at the tailors. What do people here think?

Would you consider this a dress shirt or a casual shirt. It its the latter, I would just roll up the sleeves

Chambray = casual/work-wear = rolled up sleeves IMO if you take it to the tailor, a rolled/folded seam would look pretty cool.
