[/php] The poll results look exactly like what the Canadian election results looked last a couple of years ago and what they will look like next month! Even the colors fucking correspond exactly! And yes, last time, it was hailed as a Tory landslide....and parliament has been dysfunctional and fucked ever since...

When you take construction and materials out of it and focus on style alone, Quoddy wins for me. The Blucher in particular. It's just a simple and perfect design, which suits my tastes.

Yuketen make some interesting stuff and appear to be of a higher quality, but most of it is just too chunky for my liking.

Oak Street are kinda boring so far. Blue or brown.

Right now I can only vote for Quoddy, but if Oak Street comes through with my e width shoes, they might be a contender. Yuketen has some good looking shoes but everyone I've talked to says they only come in d/medium widths

That's insane. More retailors than not carry Yuketen in E width.

No fucking way! It is impossible to find them. It is hard enough to find Yuketens outside of Japan!

I've ordered a pair of the navy camp chukkas with the vi ram sole from Oak Street. George was extremely helpful and friendly via email and they happened to have my size ready to ship immediately. No 6 week wait for me. I tried on a pair of Yuketens at the Up There Store in Melbourne, and while extremely comfy, and with a nice crepe sole, they only had suede, which for us (heading into winter) is a bad idea. The Quoddy Maliseet looks good, but I think the navy with white sole looks better. Just personal taste. I'll post pics and a review when they arrive.

here is a list of yuketen retailers, they have ~ 19 retailers in the us alone: http://www.yuketen.com/index.php?main_page=stockists keep in mind, yuketen only produces what their retailers order ... so there are only so many pairs to go around in a given season. they are a very unique company and have to turn down major retailers (that come to them wanting the line) simply because they dont mass produce anything, which is a good thing. list of retailers with current yuketen supply context just got in a few different styles art in the age has some cool mgs (womens styles to) end tbs revolver (super cool people) oc up there harvest good luck in your search!

For all the posting you do here, you sure don't know how to find product very well. Yuketens are not that hard to find if you really want a pair.

Quoddy are too wide for my liking, look like clown shoes.

I live in Canada, not the US. Are you somehow associated with the Yuketen supply chain in the US---is that why you keep shilling for them as well? Please tell me where I can find Yuketen in Eastern Canada...other than the Holt Renfrew Last call....I am not going there ever again! I find it impossible to believe that a fashion label can consider itself leading edge, and is not stocked in Toronto or Montreal....

Yo.....where can I find them? If you have such a shoe, can you post a (non-doctored) photo?
