Vintage German Leather Trench Coat, Overcoat, Motorcycle Coat. This coat is a nice dark brown and is in great condition. Both the inner and outer belt are attached. This kind of coat closes without buttons and was often used by motorcyclists. This is a civilian, post-war West German coat, however these coats are sometimes used in WWII re-enactments. The coat also features a hidden outside zippered pocket under a lapel, two hand warmer pockets, and an inside chest pocket that closes with a button. The coat has been stored for a long time and has a slight musty smell that can be cleared by airing outside or by dry-cleaning.The coat is sized like a 36 or 38. $120 plus shipping.
