So - you never got an actual answer. Probably a little late, but... The big places these days seem to be Underground, The Mid, Cuvee, and Enclave. I'm sure there are a few even more secretive/new.. but you wouldn't do bad at any of those. I'm not a fan precisely because of the whole "know somebody or bottle service" thing. I just don't think it's the best use of my money, and while the girls are hot - I'm suspicious of their motives (not because I'm worried that they want to dig my gold; more that I just don't have all that much and I don't want to have to carry on that level of spending to keep impressing them endlessly). That said - I went out w/ a buddy in Vegas to XS on Friday and had a blast. It just needs to be an occasional thing for me; not an every weekend.
