The Return of the Floppy Hat for the Ladies?

I've seen this look all over the place in LA in recent weeks. Now that the rest of the country is thawing out, expect it to crop up elsewhere. Between that and the return of flared denim, I guess it's going to be a 70s summer. Could be worse, I guess.

it's not that bad...

remember the photo of J Lo in the dove grey floppy hat?

It made a lot of girls drop everything to run and procure floppy felt hats, a la the seventies. It's a hippie boho look, it's pretty much a classic, and is great for a bad hair day.

I really don't get all the haters!?!?!?

random fact about floppy hats in 2003 over $1 billion dollars was spent on womans hats. Now that floppy hats are being front and center state that figure is estimate to grow substantially.

So I mean when you look at the revenue regardless of your personal opinion or taste you cannot deny that floppy hats are in and cool!

This whole revival was no doubt spearheaded by Mr. Luke Song with his creation for Arethra Franklin. The man is a genius.
