N.B.: When I received this vest from the original owner, the area near the right hip bone exhibited some pilling. I believe the cause my have been abrasion from a seat belt or belt-mounted cellphone holder. After two hand washings, it markedly decreased and is hardly discernible now, but I have disclosed this in the last picture. Otherwise, the vest remains in absolutely pristine condition. #2 Borrelli 2/3-Ply Cream V-neck Sweater EU50 $199 Shipped in CONUS Beautiful, slightly thicker, fully fashioned cream sweater from Borrelli. Absolutely tip-top condition beside the internal factory tag that has come loose at one corner, which is disclosed in the penultimate picture. As an aside, Borrelli cashmere is extremely underrated: the hand, which is smooth but firm, and finishing details compare very favorably, in my opinion, to Cucinelli, Loro Piana and other top labels. Fully fashioned, hand-framed intarsias are a dying breed of knitwear; only a few Scottish knitters are left today with the technical prowess for these skilled-labor intensive creations, and I fear they will not exit for much longer. I was disheartened to receive this and find it much too large for me. Usually UK 40 knitwear fits me perfectly, but this is evidently made for the US market.
