rnoldh, Didn't say he is fat. Just pointing out the button problems. The left side has problems, but it might just be movement motion. It looks like stress to me instead of a clean fall of cloth. It seems odd for tweed with such open quarters. Usually tweed is for warmth. Tweed traps air and trapped air is insulation.

I was curious as to where I can purchase the metal hardware that ambrosi uses in their side adjusters.
Google 'tailor supplies" online but I'm not sure you will be able to buy them in very small quantities from a supplier. Maybe better to buy them them from a tailor. Much better quality buckles are available than the ones in the pics. They look look more like cheaper RTW buckles.
