Ambrosi Napoli - Page 83

I bet any revived interest in Ambrosi is in part due to some people thinking there is no way Ambrosi would be as so insolent toward them that he was to Mafoo. "I have a square head instead of an oval one, and Ambrosi would never do that to me!" It's an ego thing. Pents are pents.

LOL @ 800.00 pents.

Paired with the guy making them -- seems reasonable rotflmao.gif

If a bespoke suit costs around $2K, $800 seems a reasonable amount to pay for pants.

Not that I care how other people spend their money.

I know the numbers work out, I'm just making an observationo.

I think Chans pents at half the cost (minus the awful service) looked just as good.

Just imo.

I want to get 10 pairs of Ambrosi pents.

$800 for trousers that no one makes, that bring tears to old men, plus the opportunity to be called dwarf and oval head, is such a bargain! No wonder customers queue for Ambrosi...

You shall receive in 2022. You see, Ambrosi's pants need to be aged like a fine wine.

Matt and I have come to an agreement about this problem to both our satisfaction.

Also it is not a good idea to be drinking too much sake and having jetlag and being angry at 2am and then writing on styleforum, it leads to regrettable mistakes like calling Matt an 'oval head'.... Sorry!

I think that's cute, not offensive.  But its just me.

Hope everything works out fine for both parties.

That's like Dante saying those three books about that chick weren't so good.

It's sad to see a masterpiece disavowed.
