It's too bad it's not in Provence and 200 years old, or else it might have pulled off the whole "200 year old Provencal country estate" thing without looking ridiculous.

What's the feel of Malibu Colony Rd? Any of you Cal people ever live there?

How does it compare to anything ritzy that's south of it ( Orange County, San Diego area ).

Or on the East Coast ( Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, etc )
