Anyone own one of these? It seems to be pretty useful in making whipped creams and foams. I'm particularly interested in using it for rapid infusion of liquors:

I have one. Not sure of the brand-got it at William Sonoma. Works great. Use it often, and like it.

I have one, but like Matt, I too have never used it. I don't eat whipped cream, so I'm not quite sure what to use it for.
