It is fully lined, double vented. It is winter weight wool, weighing 2 lb, 4 oz. Buttons have riding hat, polo mallets, and polo ball on them, Buttons have a little light wear and tarnish. I think they are fantastic! I found ONE very small hole, 1/8 inch, on the back of one of the sleeves. It is the only flaw I can find. It is not easy to see. Laid flat, it measures 21 inches across at the chest/underarms, and 19 at waist. Sleeves are 26.5. length along back is 32. Across shoulders is 18. that I bought as one of my first nice suits but didn't know sizing well. I had it chopped to fit me and it cost me $185+tax and took over a month 
. The price wasn't bad, the job didn't come out terrible (also removed some of the padding), but there was a little wrinkling/ruffling one one of the sleeves from being reattached. I thought about having this done on a 40 Luciano Barbera double breasted sport coat I ended up selling here, but the tailor (a different one) estimated it would cost about $250 and he didn't really want to do it. A) it's expensive. B) they don't come out perfect C) you lose some of the "handwork" D) it's a double breasted sport coat and the fit is pretty damn important yet so easy to screw up if you're completely resizing it. Also, seeing as this is an older RLPL, I bet it's pretty bulky for a 40 as well. edit- then again, he has no shoulder measurements, but the shoulders don't actually look that wide surprisingly. If you don't have to cut the shoulders, it would probably make the job a lot cheaper and easier even though they'd still have to adjust the chest.
