So it seems to be a fad in Europe and some parts of Asia for men to wear capris or "three-fourths" pants as they are sometimes known. What do you guys think of this look?

In most cases, I'd say ***-tastic.

I'd be lying though if I said I didn't have a pair... They're 3/4 length soccer pants. Quite nice for lounging, and comfortable to play in. But never beyond the pitch or within the confines of my own home.

summer, with boat shoes or low key sneakers, yea sure. Personally more likely to just roll up cuffs a coupld extra times though

They destroy the lines of the leg, on women and men both.

I've never seen anyone look anything but awful in anything like this.

And "Manpris" is a flagrantly unnecessary crime against English.

That would the only way I could do it.

I did see a few guys wear them in Baltimore a couple summers ago....uh, no.

I have a pair of drkshdw ones that are cool, but yeah, I wouldn't touch those yoox ones up there. Some are good, some are bad, like most types of clothing.

Cropped pants are commonly worn by men in the summer in Japan. Most are definitely more like 4/5 rather than 3/4 though, and skinny or slim so as to not look like the awful balloon pants the OP posted. I rock em occasionally, and I see no problem with it. Also keep in mind though that shorts are kind of taboo here and people/society aren't homophobic. You can't wear raw denim everyday in 90% humidity.

Why are shorts taboo? But yeah. Manpris? No. Shorts or just roll up a pair of pants.
