I have a 30-inch Viking gas/gas. Four burners (16,000 BTU) with a (no-heat) grill in the middle.
Also has an awesome "infrared" broiler in the oven. Convection too.
Don't know what the pros say, but the Viking has made me a better cook, made me enjoy cooking more, and it looks great too.
No problems in five years.
