Costco Rotisserie Chicken

What a deal at $4.99

Two meals for the family. Satisfying, cheap, full of protein (we cut out the fat/skin)

Really hard to beat.

i agree. whenever i'm shopping there I try to pick one up especially for salads during the week.

No Safeway around here . It's a big chicken though, like maybe 4-5lbs of pure tastiness.

I keep the part around the breast, but trim the skin/fat from the thigh area.

Stew Leonard's makes a nice rotisserie chicken. Watch out for the Costco ones, they have antibiotics galore.

And tastier! The San Francisco Chronicle i think rated them the best of the bunch.
