Lawn-mowing my girlfriend's lawn - Page 3

I think you should mow her lawn and wet her backyard. A lot of girls get their lawn mowed but then their backyard is all dry and brown and needs to be aereated Work up a good sweat on her backyard, drop as much seed in there as you possibly can.

Working the backyard can get pretty messy and muddy. Not for everyone

when you work the backyard, be careful if you're a beginner at aerating. an improperly groomed backyard could have hard pebbles mixed in and they could damage your shovel.

I was just adding on to acidboy's assertion that the pebbles in an untended backyard could damage one's shovel. I remember running over rocks while mowing the RubeRanchâ„¢ as a kid and my father berated me for dulling the blade.

Did your father run his fingers along the blade to test its sharpness?

I like how it's lawn-mowing the lawn. Not just mowing the lawn, or lawn-mowing, but lawn-mowing the lawn, instead of lawn-mowing something which is not a lawn.
