Just got it in the mail earlier today. Unfortunately the shoulder shape doesn't fit my shoulders, making it pretty much unwearable for me. Tried on for about 15 minutes in front of the mirror, otherwise untouched. Perfect condition.
This is basically a size 48 with shorter sleeves, longer body, wider arms and slightly wider shoulders.
My measurements:
Shoulders: 17.5"
Chest: 21.25"
Waist (just above ribbing): 18"
Body length, back (from BOC): 26.5"
Sleeve length: 27"
Measurements from order:

chest (pit-to-pit) \t21.5"
midsection \t20.5"
waist \t18.7" (the jacket definitely doesn't have an 18.7" waist, trust my measurement instead)
