MYSTERY Exotic Longwing Gunboats.

I've gone a bit "vintage exotics" crazy lately. Talk about "niche collecting"... THANKS, Meister.

Anyway, when I bought these, the owner told me he thought they were shark, but they obviously are not. I've tried to ID the skin against quite a few exotic leathers, but can't seem to do so. I KNOW they're some kind of exotic animal leather (because the patterns are just way too irregular in shape and size to be regular calf's leather with a pressed pattern), please HELP ME ID!!!

I'd say mountain ram. There should be a picture of a Cleverley pair on ASW's site.
