WTT APC NC 28w for 29w

I'm looking to do a trade with somebody for my APC NC's 28 waist for a pair of APC NC's with 29 waist. These 28s are just too snug on my waist.

I have probably worn them about 30 times, never washed. They really haven't began to fade and the whiskering is pretty minimal. I'm looking for a pair that is also unwashed and hasn't really been broken in yet either.

Not sure yet. I'd really rather trade than sell, because if I do sell them I'll probably end up buying another pair online with the size I want... So I'm hoping to avoid that route and find someone to trade with. I'll repost at some point if I decide to sell them.

My waist is measured as 30.5, I generally wear Levi's 511s in 30s and they fit just fine, although they do feel like they sag somewhat (possibly because they are just low cut so it feels like they are sagging.)

I read so many people stressing that you should size down 2 because of how much these things stretch. I could only button 2 buttons at first, but after a few hours of wear I got all 4, and after a while they started fitting a bit better.. But it's at the point that I expect them to be comfortable, and when bending my knees it's just too tight for my taste.

Honestly I'd probably be fine with waist size 30 for them too, but I figure I'd give 29s a chance first.
