These English shoes in general takes a lot of time for first polish. I had spend around an hour and half for the first full treatment (removing polish, colour cream, wax polish, brush at intervals)

It's all about the patience. Anyways very nice!

I'm confused now, how is this MTO then, if I can't order in my size? Was it a special make-up order placed in bulk, in assorted regular sizes? In that case, i doubt they carry G width...

i believe this sounds correct, but if he does only MTO its odd he would have so much leftover that people didnt come through on. he must do some RTW, and MTO is just the name of his shop. just like bespoke england does RTW along with MTO and bespoke.

Denis have a sale on the RTW models, not MTO, but of course he accept MTO for all models of St.Crispin's  and (I believe) G&G.

Nick, after 1h polish. Still no good effect. When we are talking about patience how long time did it take to get a shine like that, 3h on each shoe?
