For the guy's going bespoke if you go the Japanese bespoke route I'd seriously consider Hidetaka Fukaya; my close friend has feet which are impossible to size and he got a pair and their are worthy! I've got similarly retarded feet so hopefully in future (whenever that is) I will go bespoke; probably Cleverly or Koji Suzuki.

Yep, me too. If you are a good fit in RTW then the only point is to try the bespoke-only makers, or get different detailing that isn't offered in the maker's MTM program
