on top of that, after it was posted about the further price drop, i called barneys, gave some poor fellow and earful about what happened, and he went ahead and refunded the difference between what i paid and the new sale price, even though that is against their general policy of only offering adjustments to items bought at regular price and within 7 days or purchase.
so, i am pretty sure i will be keeping the shoes and they will fit me. so, without further ado, here they are.
