The blue with the electric blue suede would be extremely difficult to wear.
Blue in general is a difficult colour for shoes because you can't wear it with navy. It works well with grey and light washed blue, IME. My pair are 3 eyelet bluchers, which is one of the most versatile make-ups, and even then there's a limited range of pants and jeans I can wear them with. Grey jeans, grey pants, washed blue denims...that's about it. I was hoping they'd go with my taupe flannel trousers and they do sometimes but only in specific outfits.
That make-up is balmoral style so it's inherently formal, but the electric blue suede means one couldn't wear it with a grey suit because they'd stand out too much. I have a lot of interesting coloured shoes - green, blue, white nubuck etc - but I don't think shoes should ever be the focal point of the outfit. They should be nice details that people notice after they see the rest of your outfit.
I just can't see a situation where those shoes would blend in.
They'd perhaps work at night with grey trousers.
