since you have it . . . . i was considering double soul or maybe i should say sole.

on 1 hand i can "see it' but also wonder if it might turn out a little chunky. have an opinion ?

appreciate you confirming what i suspected on the soul.   i do believe you are correct, i am gonna like that one A LOT.

kind of expecting the top of the grains to take a fairly high shine, then drop down their sides a little muted.
