Great feedback. I went ahead and ordered the grey suede boots as I want the full saddle or nave boots--either of which I would have to order MTM. Grey suede will have to work for this fall .
I will let you know how the quality/fit compares to C&J--especially since I have the C&J for BB cordovan boot (which I love).

I think 800-900 GBP is for calf, not Cordovan.

I paid 1100 GBP back in the day but the cordo-surcharge and the bump in prices should mean they go for more like 1200-1300 GBP inc VAT

So did GG find a reliable cordovan supplier then? I heard Tony Gaziano said they didn't do a huge amount of shell because they didn't have a supplier who could give them a high enough quality product. If they did who is it?
