+1. I feel like listening to the shoe makers who post about shoes is on par with listening to the tailors who post about clothes.

Heh. At 65 the only daily dozen I do is the daily half-dozen--naps, that is. Once upon at time, I was in pretty good shape, however. I could run five miles with full gear and rifle and do upwards of 300 sit-ups, half that many push-ups (real push ups, not this on your knees crap) and even 25-50 one arm push-ups on either side. Course in those days I was about 20 lbs lighter (135) so I didn't have that much weight to lift to begin with.

best in category i think esp for calf - thro # 8 is the best of the best for this tone IMO
