Cluncky & very ugly. G&G should stay away from this style. Leave it to Alfred Sarget to do this.

I really hope G&G adds a 'country last' to their selection. Robust shoes like this demand a suitable last, GG06 is much too petite for plump Ridgeway soles.

I think the GG06 works pretty well - the "country-ness" is really in the soles and the texture

ffffuuuu.gif  sleek last shape on casual country shoes = disaster.  

 

Tricker's 4497s last (Stow) or Vass Budapester looks way better.  Even Alden blob last for its LWB looks better than this...
