Any owners of the Westbury here? I've never owned a wholecut before. Apart from tailored clothing, do these work with khakis/polos, or even jeans?

As far as the Connaughts in Criollo (those do qualify also!), not sure I need a third pair of Connaughts to keep the Rioja and Pine company, and the patina may be too much for me. @TtownMD, what do you think of the Criollo patina (you got these ones right?)? Have you had a chance to wear them, and if so, with what? Thanks dudes...
Following on from the above, I'm on the fence about the Connaught. When I first saw it, I thought 'wow'. What do you think of the Criollo patina? And may I ask you gents what to wear with them? Are they too formal to pair with jeans and chinos? Thanks dudes.

My SJ IIs arrived earlier this week with (very likely) Burnham to follow in late August.

Well, from the guy who is probably gonna go with the wholecut Westbury over the Criollo Connaught... I did a quick google search on the Criollo patina - the samples have differing levels of contrast. I'd say the higher the contrast, perhaps the more casual you can go? Just how I imagine it. It looks great, the Connaught and the other samples, but I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with wearing them with suits/sport jackets & dress pants. For some inspiration, here are a few photos of my Connaught pairs...
Gaziano and Girling Connaught, Vintage Rioja, top
GG Connaught Pine, profile top
GG Connaughts, red laces, mermaids

Yeah, the photos with the jeans were when both Connaughts were brand new out of the box. Too excited to change into dressier trousers for the first time!

The Rioja really is for dress pants, though I'd wear khakis with the Pine pair. And yes, I'm gonna pass on the Criollo Connaughts. Still mulling over the Westbury...

If you don't have whole cut I would recommend it highly at least one pair.

Agreed. Although I remember thinking "noooooo" when the creases started to form on my Grant wholecuts

Hi gents,
After trying my new St James I am pretty happy with the fit. Will take couple of weeks before deciding if to perfect or 90% , do you guys change your side for Burnham? Both TG7 last.
Thx

I visited GG in Savile Row last week, and tried on a boot. I`m a perfect in the Isham (only frankly), and to my and the assistants surprise it was too big. Same size, same last i believe...

If anybody here wears 8.5/9 in TG73, can you provide the outsole measurements?

Here you are.

Just bare in mind that these measurements are about a useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle with regard to fit.
