Agree, great shine. What do you guys use for vintage cherry? I know someone mentioned neutral. Anyone use any colored cream or wax?

Saphir's mahogany is what I've used for vintage cherry.

However, I remember being told to every so often use a tan polish on vintage cherry. Not tried it yet (too much of a wimp) but can imagine it brings out different hues.

Vintage Cherry is perhaps my favorite G&G color. Sure all the shades of brown are great, but the Cherry is special.

I alternate Saphir creams - I've been using red (!) most recently, but I also use a bit of blue. Crazy-sounding, I know, but I'm loving the result (so far, anyway). The shoes are a proper cherry - not fire-engine red, but not brown.

Is this Connaught part of G&G's RTW line that's not listed on their website?

Yep, that Connaught in criollo patina is the first I'd go for!

Didn't the email from G&G say that if they run out of models in stock, you can get one made for the same discounted price (just have to wait a few months)?? I'm tempted in getting some funds together to take advantage of this.
