Believe you can take existing pairs in there for a patina. I was in the Savile Row shop earlier this week and talking to Stephen about having my vintage cherry double monks (which weren't purchased in store) changed to a coronation red patina. Still debating whether to do it!

Thanks for posting the picture, I love the look of the Barclay, and the patina. Could you post a few more pictures of the shoes?

Good to know I can take already-purchased G&Gs in for the service! I may be visiting London next year, and thinking about Coronation Red on my existing Rioja Connaughts...

Yea that is a great idea! I may do that down the line too to try out some interesting patina shades.

The patina options are something quite special. Here's a pic I took of them in the store. Thinking coronation red (4th from left) for vintage cherry mayfairs and the Criolla (3rd from left) for vintage oak Grant wholecuts. Decisions!

Here's hoping next week is the week.

I know it's not Deco, but still I'm looking forward to them anyway.

there is some beautiful stuff there. By any chance does anyone have pictures of all types of the patinas offered on display in the shop? It would be great to have them to save aside.

Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the full set but there's about 10 they have on display in store. However, it appears that they continue to bring out new patinas - only today on the G&G Instagram account there is a picture of a pair in a colour called "Autumn Leaves". I think it's the first I've seen of this and one of the nicest shades of brown with hints of autumnal colours.
Not sure if they do it in store as part of the patina service though or special order only.

Yea I saw autumn leaves and it is extraordinary!

Well I hope someone can post as many of them as possible and maybe we can make a comparison of them all or even separate pics of each would be better!

True. I haven't tried them yet but have spoken with them as well as seen quite a bit of his work.

Has anyone here gone to Dandy for a patina on a pair of GG?

Has there ever been a GMTO with a patina added?

Don't believe so. If there was I'm sure you would be able to find it listed somewhere in this thread. Pearl Grey maybe the most exotic color that comes anywhere close.
