Gaziano & Girling Appreciation & Shoe Appreciation Thread (including reviews, purchases, pictures, etc...) - Page 1265

"THE RAKE" came up with this make up.

While not a huge fan of the huge commando sole and deco last on their own, somehow, I thinks this works quite well. Too much $ tho...

My G&G shoes crease after some casual walk after I put them on.

Also the vintage Rioja is fantastic. I need to get one pair in vintage Rioja.

I also think that the creasing is typical for a plain toe.  GG leather tends to be thinner and more supple than Carmina or Vass in my experience.

I also need a pair of Vintage Rioja GGs.

We are trying to get a GMTO Vintage Rijoa Burnham (Chelsea boot) going with Skoak.  We have (maybe) three.  You would be (maybe) four if you are interested.

I see nothing wrong with that level of creasing at all. Beautiful shoes, lovely shade.

Understated elegance about as classy as it gets.

Not really interested. Thanks anyway.

I am thinking about Warwick in Vintage Rioja Deco last.

Goddamit, what happened to those F-width GMTOS? biggrin.gif@RogerP

Let's get going! I can go for just about any make up, but preferably something on the MH71 and in a brown, mid brown, burgundy or black.

Goddammit I agree! I'm fairly open on styles and still REALLY want an Arran.

I can see an (additional) Chukka in my rotation. I have a Cherry Arran though, so preferably something that's not in a red hue. Cedar? Oak? I'm easy.

I am amazed that you guys cannot get Arran going. Here is some motivational support.

Arran in Espresso

Arran in Vintage Oak.

Arran in dark brown English grain? Or any chance in brown pig skin?
