Sorry to hear, but not surprised unfortunately. Electronics and water just don't mix. Besides AppleCare I actually use a life proof case. May or may not work, but it certainly can't hurt.

You are very correct but that life proof case is way too thick lol that is one reason I didn't get it. Just had normal Apple leather case. Person picked it up,with sheets & shoes & tossed it in washing machine .

Looked on the site and saw the Harrow on sale for US732, so pounced on my size and have another G&G arriving soon! What a day - 2 G&G!

Well if you check the Skoak thread @Leaves mentioned how he's receiving a record response with regards to orders for this shoe. Granted he hasn't run out, but still 8 orders for a G&G shoe within hours of being listed is pretty good. Definitely something you don't want to dawdle on when you've already made up your mind about.

I do not find it stiff. More pliable than it looks for sure

No. Given that I already have a kudu Thorpe and rosewood cc Dover I'd rather a different leather/makeup. I thought about a kudu burnham but am gonna sit on the sidelines for this one

How about you?

Certainly makes sense based on what you already have. I had similar thoughts since I already have the St James in Kudu and Calf on order but I've also always wanted a Isham and I really liked the first version in Kudu and how that turned out. I had thought about getting the Thorpe in Kudu as well, but since I'm getting a Thorpe already the Isham was a bigger draw for me.

Is it going to be as pictured but with Kudu in toe, face and heel or similar to previous St James make up with Kudu over the quarter?

Also if concern medallion with Kudu at toe, have you guys considered Chesterfield or Astaire? Astaire basically Monkton without Medallion. Chesterfield is St James with V-cap toe.

It would be like the St. James with the Kudu over the quarter. Like in the Walkton picture where the cherry is. So the shoe would have the Kudu as more of an accent and wouldn't need a tone of Kudu used. That would allow us the chance to have that GMTO go the same time as the Isham, so there could be enough leather.
