Is it a fit issue or how it looks in your opinion?

how it looks for me. I just like the slightly more rounded toe of the GG06. I see the Thorpe on grain as a touch more casual than dress so that is why. For something more like a "dress boot" I would go MH71

The "Simply" wholecut is a seamless style, so technically it's more advanced. If money is not an issue I'd say the Simply.

I can see your point. But I actually like the MH71 because it is classier, grain and all.

I see your point and it makes a lot of sense but I feel like if I was going true casual I'd go for a brand other than GG. Then again I kind of wish I did gg06 so maybe it's just regrets talking

I agree that the MH71 is classier regardless. Yes the GG06 will help make it more casual but all GG are still classy shoes and if you want a more rustic or casual look try Enzo Bonafe, some Edward Green country styles, Carmina, or some St Crispins.

So confused. You ordered than asking on forum or the other way around?

Has anyone seen the deco rounded last in the wild? Know it's still pointy, just not sure how much. All I found are G&G's own pictures. Considering cooper or bowlly, but found pics only in the chiseled deco. Thanks.

I don't doubt the St C Simple is a good looking shoe, but the GG Sinatra is the quintessential whole cut IMO...
