I'm wondering if they can make the Sinatra as a seamless wholecut in MTO. I would go for that...

They can, someone did it somewhere on this site. They said its risky though because of how much they stretch the leather

It may not be a huge deal. Nick at bespoke would be a better bet. I can definitely see where the concern would come in though.

Maybe they could do something unique with the stiching? Who knows

AFAIK, its not exactly a durable construction technique as the leather will be stretched and formed. Better search the bespoke shoe thread or this thread for those comments.

p.s., LS told me that G&G leather used is not as nice as EG or Cleverley.

John Lobb prestige leather better
Anthony Cleverley leather best of English shoe
C&J hand grade leather = good but it have flaw easy to see and look bad compare to AC
