Thanks.  I wanted to add some pizazz to a black cap toe.  I thought a v-cap and hatch grain would fit the bill without going overboard.

I do admire the Warwick in black/black hatch too.

well it was a great choice and please post pics when you wear them and are in natural light. it will be cool to see the contrast from the hatch and the lifted stitching even in black.

Just got my pair of G&G Hoves on double leather sole.  Quick question for all you who own this shoe.  If you had heel slip in the beginning, did it go away after breaking in a little bit?  Just trying it on on carpet right now, and it fits nicely and snugly, except for some heel slip.

i love how this pair's shading has some more brown hues to it too, in addition to the normal vintage cherry! It is different, but i really like it!

Some colors that look a little too bold in pictures, look just great IRL. This was a great example, vintage cherry is not too red at all, it's just right...

Here's hoping the Kudu and Cedar are just as good.

Fingers crossed.

Class and elegance Jugei. So much better than all the weird and wonderful G&G variations. Formal or casual, those shoes rock!!!

Can any of you gents help me figure out an appropriate size for me in G&G's GG06 last? I'd like to pre-order the Glencoe boot - which would be my first foray into G&G - and I've had trouble googling for what I am looking for.

I wear 12D in Alden's Barrie and generally wider lasts. I wear 12E in their Aberdeen and Plaza lasts. I've read that G&G has rather narrow lasts but that GG06 is one of their wider ones. Can anyone please recommend a size for me based on my Alden sizing? I would very much appreciate it!
