I'm open toa Wobrun in Chestnut from G&G or the EG Sandringham (I'm trying to get @Leaves) in the same color. I like the sleekness of the Woburn but I really like the thistle of the Sandringham. Why not both? lol

Isn't two always better than one? When in doubt, I just get two!

this shade works great for the hove! Nice shine on the toe as well. It is just enough to spruce it up without going too far!

Hey guys, so I have another set of pictures of another shoe that I just got from Nick at BE! I love how they came out after asking for a few modifications to be made! What do you guys think?

Canterbury in Vintage Rioja on the DG70 last with added speed hooks and a single leather sole and a full sock liner on top of the normal half sock liner (all in the same shade as the liner in the first picture) to take up some extra space in the width for me.

Sorry if the quality isn't that great, but I had to use my phone and wanted to try to keep it in natural light to show the true shade as well as the dark burnishing at the toe, which was executed perfectly to me!!!!!

thanks! i haven't seen anyone post a more basic and dressy boot like this in a while, but I thought that it would be interesting with the speed hooks and the nice dark toe cap.

I'm a big fan of the cap toe boot. I have a few wing tips, but the majority are cap toes.

I think you hit the jackpot with your last two purchases they both look great, excellent for us guys with narrow feet.

thanks Hugh! I was just going to send you the pictures, but I guess that I don't have to now.

Great boots! Self-burnishing my new Canterbury to darken the fray up a little. I am selling my blue Shannon's but I think with the darker Gray, the Black/cloud Shannon's might move and the blue stay!

Happy to get interest with the EG Sandringham. The Woburn would have been nice and sleek but EG does work better for me with as casual shoes.

Thanks! Which shade do you have your Canterbury in and in what last? Any pictures?

The Sandringham is a great looking shoe and I love the 202 last. That is the only last that EG can make in my size anyway. The Woburn is great too, but I have to say that I love the extra design (a thistle?) on the side of the Sandringham. My only concern is if this show in the Chestnut antique on the 202 will look too similar to my Alderley in Gold Delapre on the 202. Thoughts?
