Just a reminder for the specs:

Burgundy Highland Grain
Exposed antiqued brass eyelets (all eyelets)
Double Dainite with storm welt
MH71

Members currently with confirmed interest in E width:
myself
@ikaika122
@Nullson
@justinkapur

Members with potential interest in F width
@sacafotos
@sleepyinsanfran

I have had inquiries from the following members who were doing their diligence - perhaps you are in now?
@rydenfan
@KenRose
@gngrprince
@IGotId
@jkater1

We still do not have the elusive 5 of the same width orders to take it to the next step. Shoot me a PM if you are interested or if you have any questions.

Awesome mock up to give you a taste of what the finished boot will look like:

Two photos of burgundy highland grain on other makeups under different lighting conditions:

Can we get this going? I can be the 5th.

Is it the St James and Grant in F?

For an EG fan you sure know your GG biggrin.gif. Wigmore and Hove is indeed 6.5 and St James and Grant is 6F and Sinatra is 6.

I guess the F width is really noticeable huh.

I really like that blue color by the way.

It's midnight blue, yes, Thanks!

To be honest I had to go to the G&G website to identify the Grant, but yes the others were pretty easy.

I actually think the lengths were easier than the widths.

Are the size differences due to different Lasts? I thought G&G Lasts all fit pretty similar.

It is due to me not knowing my size and messing around to find what fits me best. They are all TG73 except for the hove that appeared wider.

Yup, the length was the only thing that gave them away. I think they look great Ironist, I'm speaking as a G width man myself.

Some people take different sizes in GG lasts, I have been happy using the same size so far. The only noticeable difference has been slightly more room on the GG boots I have, but I think they do that on purpose...

So, I just landed a pair of cambridges in an f width. Not sure I could handle an E width as the F is snug on the instep.

just trying to get the feeling for things, starting to consider a couple more G&G purchases.

I think that happens for the most part with boots.

At least this has been my experience anyway.

That's interesting (and helpful). I tried on the E and F width in shoes, but they didn't have any boots to try on in those sizes. I didn't get my boots until several months later (MTO) and I could have sworn they felt roomier than I remembered the shoes being on my feet. Now, how much of that is in my head is up for debate....

I was wondering though if I might be an E fit in boots and an F in shoes (for G & G at least). Does anyone else do that commonly when comparing their boots and shoes from them? I won't be back in a place where I can get other pairs on my feet for a few months yet, but just curious.

I personally don't do this, however I do have a couple of Galways in D 82 where the shoes I have purchased are all in E. The reason for doing so, is more of a mistake on my part at least for the first one anyway.

Axels sells their EGs in the D width and this was my first EG purchase. I wasn't really familiar with EG sizing at this point. I found it to be a good fit however, so everything worked out.

Guys another Burnham update, I double checked delivery time with G&G and we can expect delivery in about 4 months so I changed that information.

I believe Jubei has indicated that his preference for the order deadline is the end of next month, February 2015, that is fine with me. Is this a problem for anyone? We do not have 5 magical people yet anyways.

Fine with me if you can lock it in until then. I would like to pay as late as possible but I just know the prices are increasing rapidly because of currency rate and eminent GG price increase so I want to lock it in ASAP. If we miss the boat on this because i'm waffling between widths I'd feel very bad.
