Great work on the find here. I think they will be very versatile. I wish I could be a part of it.

@WhereNext

Any top down pics of those Wigmores? Is that burgundy with blue suede shaft?

you old timer reminiscing about the good ole' days. its remarkable that they let us do that. I remember flinching a little when ordering that shell canterbury boot but they accommodated just about every request i made (outsole treatment, punch vs no punch, medallion, etc)

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

lol JS, your photoshop made me laugh. That's awesome. I'll probably be down if only for the color. 6F. I probably won't make the deposit until I figure out the rest of my order though which would be after I receive my latest SkoAB shipment any day now.

Oh and I've seen that armoury photo but it was the only good photo I've seen of the chelsea. Kind of a different pose than usual though.

This is a winterized version of Gaziano & Girling's classic Rothschild oxford. With a storm welt and Ridgeway soles, it's tough enough to get you through rain, sleet, snow, and anything else that the season may throw your way. Made in beautiful chestnut hatch grain, it pairs well with blues and greys. Shoe trees are included.

Anyway, I kind of like them.

Boy, these are going like hot cakes.

Too bad they didn't even have my size to begin with.

With a G&G already on the way however , I think I'll bide my time for awhile anyway.

I want to see if it's a passing fad, or if the idea will continue to grow on me.

I hear you, i am actually glad this is taking a little longer to come together as a GMTO. I won't be able to buy in until the end of next month, so i will need as long a window as Skoak can give me to partake... shog[1].gif
