Nick that is just regular bench made shoe made on deco last.

Yep but if you go to the BE site and do made to order and pick a regular model but do the deco last the price goes up. I was under the impression the deco last required more hand work and thus was more expensive.

The BE site states that the slight uncharge when you select the Deco last has to do with pattern adjustment, but i suspect this is more applicable to single MTOs. A production run of a RTW model on the Deco last, in standard line details, might indeed not need the single shoe up charge. That might explain the price difference on the RTW model you were referring to...

Could be. I assumed you couldn't get standard quality on the deco last. That's good to know as the deco is my favorite GG last.
